摘要
针对重水堆核一级手柄操作止回阀的研制,该研究重点探讨阀门的结构设计、手柄操作机构、浮动预紧填料机构及阀位指示机构等关键要素。通过理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法,研制出一种新型的手柄操作止回阀。该阀门具有结构简单、操作便捷、密封性能好等特点,有效解决传统止回阀在重水堆核一级系统中的适用性问题。实验结果表明,该阀门能够满足重水堆核一级系统的运行要求,具有广泛的应用前景。该文的研究为同类阀门的研制提供有益的参考。
Aiming at the development of the first stage handle operated check valve for heavy water reactors,this study focuses on discussing key elements such as the valve structural design,handle operating mechanism,floating pre-tightening packing mechanism and valve position indicating mechanism.A new type of handle operated check valve was developed by combining theoretical analysis and experimental verification.The valve has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation,and good sealing performance,effectively solving the applicability problem of traditional check valves in the nuclear primary system of heavy water reactors.Experimental results show that the valve can meet the operating requirements of the nuclear primary system of heavy water reactors and has wide application prospects.The research in this paper provides a useful reference for the development of similar valves.
