摘要
在奥运会设项变更频繁和复杂多变的国内外形势背景下,系统梳理洛杉矶奥运会设项变化的特征以及对我国奥运备战的影响,并针对性提出应对策略,对于推动实现洛杉矶奥运会总体目标具有现实意义。研究认为,洛杉矶奥运会设项变化呈现设项规模持续扩大、奥运新兴项目增设数量持续增加、彰显创新与性别平等、强化奥运举办方利益诉求等特征。针对本届奥运会设项变化,研究提出:发挥新型举国体制的制度优势,推动奥运新兴项目人才培养模式多元化发展;要加快把握先机,优化奥运项目布局,重点发展女子和混合团体项目;推进科技驱动精准备战,提升新增项目的训练和保障水平;重视规则研判与信息情报收集,强化新增项目奥运备战的动态响应力。
Under the backdrop of frequent and complex changes in Olympic events both domestically and internationally,it is of practical significance to systematically review the characteristics of the changes in the events of the Los Angeles Olympics and their impact on China's Olympic preparations,and scientifically propose preparation strategies to promote the overall goal of the Los Angeles Olympics.Research suggests that the changes in the events of the Los Angeles Olympics are characterized by a continuous expansion in the scale of events,a continuous increase in the number of emerging projects,and a demonstration of innovation and gender equality.In response to the changes in the events of this Olympic Games,the study proposes that:seizing the opportunity,optimizing the layout of Olympic events,and focusing on developing women's and mixed team events;giving full play to the institutional advantages of the new national system and promoting the diversified development of talent cultivation for emerging projects;promoting technology-driven precision preparation warfare and enhancing the training and support level of newly added potential projects;emphasizing rule analysis and information intelligence collection,and strengthening the dynamic response capability of new Olympic events preparation.
