利津县城乡供水改造项目输水主管线设计方案及管材比选

Design Scheme and Pipe Material Selection for the Water Supply Main Line of Urban and Rural Water Supply Renovation Project in Lijin County

摘要 输水主管线设计方案的选取、输水管材的比选,直接关系到工程项目整体效益。以利津县城乡供水改造项目为例,从输水方式、过流断面、管路开挖铺设方式与泵站装机容量等方面对输水主管线进行设计方案比选,对比了球墨铸铁管、玻璃钢夹砂管、预应力钢筒混凝土管等管材特性,最终确定了工程的适宜方案。 The selection of main water transmission line design schemes and water transmission pipe materials will directly affect the overall benefits of the engineering project.Taking the urban and rural water supply renovation project in Lijin County as an example,the design schemes of the main water transmission line were compared from the aspects of water transmission mode,flow-cross section,pipeline excavation and laying method,and pump station installed capacity.The characteristics of various pipe materials such as ductile iron pipes,sand-filled fiberglass pipes,and prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes were compared,and the suitable scheme for the project was finally determined.
