摘要
针对跨海桥工程边梁外侧作业空间受限导致的桥面系施工难题,提出一种悬臂锚固施工平台。以阿拉伯地区邻近板块碰撞带的某跨海桥项目为背景,基于ABAQUS建立平台三维精细化模型,分析施工荷载作用下的静力特性、人行荷载激励下的动力响应及地震作用下的极限变形能力。结果表明:施工荷载作用下,平台外侧沉降1.95 mm,顶部外移1.02 mm,各构件最大应力均远低于限值;人员满载工况下,胶合板1/3截面处外侧竖向振动最显著,振幅为0.027 mm,加速度幅值为0.013 m/s^(2);横桥向地震单独作用下,平台极限变形表现为顶部相对底部外移0.83 mm,外侧相对内侧抬升0.93 mm,最大应力为3.58 MPa,在边梁失效前能够保持结构完整性。
A cantilever-anchored construction platform was proposed to address the bridge deck construction challenges caused by limited workspace on the outside of the side beams in cross-sea bridge projects.Taking a certain cross-sea bridge project near the plate boundary collision zone in the Arabian region as the background,a 3D detailed model of the platform was established by using ABAQUS to analyze the static characteristics under construction load,dynamic response under pedestrian load excitation,and ultimate deformation capacity under seismic action.The results show that under construction load,the platform’s outer settlement is 1.95 mm,and the top moves outward by 1.02 mm,with the maximum stress in each component well below the strength limits.Under full personnel load,the vertical vibration on the outer side of the plywood at 1/3 of the cross-section is most significant,with an amplitude of 0.027 mm and an acceleration amplitude of 0.013 m/s^(2).Under seismic load in the transverse bridge direction,the platform’s ultimate deformation shows a top relative displacement of 0.83 mm outward from the bottom,a relative uplift of 0.93 mm on the outer side compared to the inner side,and the maximum stress reaches 3.58 MPa,maintaining structural integrity before the side beam fails.
