水基钻井液封堵理论和材料研究现状及发展趋势

Research status and development trend of water-based drilling fluid plugging theory and materials

摘要 在钻井作业中井下复杂地质条件极易导致井漏问题,井漏不仅延长施工周期和增加成本,更严重时可引发井喷和井塌等安全事故。基于此,对水基钻井液封堵理论和封堵材料的研究现状进行分析,并对封堵理论及材料研发面临的难点进行探讨,最后提出封堵理论及材料的发展趋势,为提升井下作业的安全性与效率奠定基础。 In drilling operations,complex geological conditions underground can easily lead to well leakage problems.Well leakage not only prolongs the construction period and increases costs,but can also cause safety accidents such as blowouts and well collapses in more serious cases.In response to this issue,this study will analyze the current research status of water-based drilling fluid plugging theory and plugging materials.Based on this,the difficulties faced in the research and development of plugging theory and materials will be discussed.Finally,the development trend of plugging theory and materials will be proposed,laying a foundation for improving the safety and efficiency of downhole operations.
