摘要
针对船舶总组搭载过程中因资源冲突、进度波动及外部扰动等因素引发的计划偏差与建造节奏失衡问题,提出一种基于虚拟仿真的重调度方法。以船舶总组搭载过程为研究对象,构建临界点评估模型,量化扰动对建造计划的影响程度,并据此制定局部调整或整体重构策略。设计并开发调度优化系统,结合虚拟仿真平台,实现调度策略的动态可视化展示与快速响应机制。在典型建造场景下开展验证试验,全面评估系统性能与方法有效性。试验结果表明,该方法可有效优化建造进度,提升资源配置效率与调度响应能力,为关键节点的如期完成提供有力保障,具有较高的工程应用价值。
To address the issues of schedule deviations and imbalanced construction rhythm caused by resource conflicts,schedule fluctuations and external disturbances during the ship grand block assembly and erection process,a virtual simulation-based rescheduling method was proposed.Taking the ship grand block assembly process as the research object,a critical point evaluation model was established to quantitatively assess the impact of disturbances on the construction schedule.Based on the assessment,local adjustments or global reconstruction strategies were formulated.A scheduling optimization system was developed,integrated with a virtual simulation platform to enable dynamic visualization of scheduling strategies and rapid response capabilities.Validation tests were conducted under typical construction scenarios to comprehensively evaluate the system performance and method effectiveness.The results showed that the proposed method can effectively optimize construction schedules,improve resource allocation efficiency,and enhance scheduling responsiveness,providing strong support for the on-time completion of key milestones and demonstrating high engineering application value.
