摘要
甲基异柳磷是一种广泛应用于粮食作物的高毒性有机磷农药,其残留问题直接关系到食品安全与人体健康。因此,本文构建粮食中甲基异柳磷残留的快速检测方法。结果表明,目标物质质量浓度为0.005~2.000μg·mL^(-1)时线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.002μg·g-1,加标回收率为84.5%~98.6%,相对标准偏差在2.42%~5.26%。在实际粮食样品中成功检出阳性残留,验证了方法的可行性和实用性。该方法具备较强的现场推广应用潜力,可为粮食中农药残留风险控制提供技术支撑。
Isofenphos-methyl is a highly toxic organophosphorus pesticide widely used on food crops,and its residue issue is directly related to food safety and human health.Therefore,this study developed a rapid detection method for isofenphos-methyl residues in food crops.The results showed that when the mass concentration of the target substance was 0.005μg·mL^(-1) to 2.000μg·mL^(-1),the linear relationship was good,and the detection limit of the method was 0.002μg·g-1.The spiked recovery rates were 84.5%to 98.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.42%to 5.26%.Positive residues were successfully detected in actual food samples,verifying the method’s feasibility and practicality.This method has strong potential for on-site application and can provide technical support for controlling pesticide residue risks in food crops.
