摘要
教育是强国建设、民族复兴之基。铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线。教育援藏是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键力量,发挥着基础性的重要作用。西藏班(校)是教育援藏中“输血”与“造血”结合的关键载体,既是内地优质教育资源向西藏精准输送的重要通道,也是培育具备家国情怀、适应时代发展的西藏建设者的核心阵地,在推动西藏教育质量提升与铸牢中华民族共同体意识中发挥着不可替代的枢纽作用。基于对三所跨省市西藏班(校)的实地调研,本文结合民族地区教育发展实际与共同体意识培育需求,从课程建设、师资培育、资源供给三个维度,提出高站位推进思政课建设、强赋能建强思政教师队伍、数字化构建智享资源平台的具体思路,旨在为进一步铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供实践支撑。
Education serves as the foundation for building a strong nation and rejuvenating the Chinese nation.Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation represents the central task of the Party's ethnic work in the new era.Educational aid to Xizang acts as a crucial force in forging this sense of community,playing a fundamental and significant role.Xizang classes(schools)serve as key platforms that combine"blood transfusion"(external support)with"blood making"(internal capacity-building)in educational assistance to Xizang.They function not only as important channels for precisely delivering high-quality educational resources from inland China to Xizang but also as core bases for cultivating Xizang builders with patriotic sentiment and adaptability to contemporary development.These institutions play an irreplaceable pivotal role in promoting the quality of education in Xizang and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Based on field research conducted in three crossprovincial Xizang classes(schols),and considering the actual needs of educational development in ethnic regions and the cultivation of community consciousness,this paper proposes specific approaches from three dimensions:curriculum construction,teacher training,and resource provision.These include advancing ideological and political education from a high strategic position,empowering and strengthening the team of ideological and political education teachers,and digitally constructing intelligent resource-sharing platforms,aiming to provide practical support for further forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
