摘要
本研究依托某港口工程砂浆生产过程中出现的异常状况,通过对砂浆原材料、砂浆反应环境等多方面试验研究,探究影响砂浆凝结时间的因素,从而准确掌握砂浆的凝结时间,确保港口护坡工程的施工质量。试验结果表明:在同一水胶比情况下,随着单位水泥用量的增加,凝结时间呈缩短的现象;使用劣质的粉煤灰会造成凝结时间大幅增加,对凝结时间的影响比水泥种类的影响更为明显;砂浆在水中的环境下反应比在室内静置反应的凝结时间长。
This study relies on the abnormal situation that occurred during the mortar production process of a certain port project.Through experimental research on various aspects such as mortar raw materials and mortar reaction environment,the factors affecting the setting time of mortar are explored,so as to accurately grasp the setting time of mortar and ensure the construction quality of port slope protection engineering.The experimental results show that under the same water cement ratio,the setting time decreases with the increase of unit cement dosage,The use of inferior fly ash can significantly increase the setting time,with a more pronounced impact on the setting time than the type of cement used,The setting time of mortar in water environment is longer than that in indoor static reaction.
