摘要
如今高层办公楼不再仅追求实用性,其造型也愈发被重视,越来越复杂、新颖,因其复杂的结构,使钢结构在办公楼建设中得到了广泛应用。北投大厦工程地上采用钢框架+屈曲约束支撑的结构形式,内屈曲约束支撑共计178根,用于整体工程钢结构减震耗能,BRB区域采用轻钢龙骨隔墙,采用屈曲约束支撑抗侧刚度较大,延性好,具有消能减震功能,无湿作业,现场采用装配式安装。
Nowadays,high-rise office buildings no longer only pursue practicality,and their shapes are increasingly valued,becoming more complex and novel.Due to their complex structures,steel structures have been widely used in office building construction.The Beitou Building project adopts a structural form of steel frame+buckling restrained support on the ground,with a total of 178 internal buckling restrained supports used for overall steel structure shock absorption and energy dissipation.The BRB area adopts light steel keel partition walls,and buckling restrained support has high lateral stiffness,good ductility,energy dissipation and shock absorption function,no wet operation,and on-site prefabricated installation.
