摘要
针对高密度城区排水管网修复的技术难题,系统研究了紫外光固化非开挖修复技术(UV-CIPP)在南方复杂城市环境中的应用。通过广西南宁、河池及隆林各族自治县6.85 km管网修复工程实践,创新性地采用聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)改性环氧丙烯酸树脂体系与智能光强反馈系统,解决了传统修复技术在高密度建成区面临的交通干扰大、施工风险高、环境影响显著等问题。研究结果表明:该技术可实现变形、缺陷管段的精确修复;3个管道修复工程通过工艺优化累计节省成本412万元;建立了包含施工准备、管道预处理、软管安装、紫外光固化等12个关键环节的全过程质量控制体系。相比开挖修复,该技术缩短工期90%以上,为高密度城区排水管网修复提供了系统解决方案。
In response to the technical challenges of repairing high-density urban drainage networks,a systematic study was conducted on the application of UV cured non excavation repair technology(UV-CIPP)in complex urban environments in southern China.Through the practice of 6.85 km pipeline repair project in Nanning,Hechi and Longlin Autonomous Counties of various ethnic groups in Guangxi,the innovative use of polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate(PEGDMA)modified epoxy acrylic resin system and intelligent light intensity feedback system has solved the problems of large traffic interference,high construction risk,and significant environmental impact faced by traditional repair technology in highdensity construction areas.The research results indicate that this technology can achieve precise repair of deformed and defective pipe segments,three pipeline repair projects have saved a cumulative cost of 4.12 million yuan through process optimization;a full process quality control system has been established,which includes 12 key links such as construction preparation,pipeline pretreatment,hose installation,and UV curing.Compared to excavation and repair,this technology shortens the construction period by more than 90%,providing a systematic solution for the repair of high-density urban drainage networks.
