摘要
结合某工程1号楼主体结构层高变化多的特点,对目前行业内通用的全钢集成式附着升降脚手架进行局部优化设计,并完成设备制作与应用,有效避免了目前行业内通用的附着式升降脚手架遇到层高变化时防护高度或架体自由端高度不符合规范要求、导致多次高空拆改架体的问题。在层高变化工程中应用时,该技术顶部防护高度可实现实时电动调节,既可确保作业面防护高度或架体本身自由端高度随时保持在规范允许范围内,又可避免工人高空作业拆改架体带来的安全风险。经综合对比分析,针对本工程1号楼结构特点设计的可调防护高度升降架设备,在施工安全性、成本管控、进度管理、文明施工等方面均有显著优势,同时也为附着式升降脚手架行业技术发展提供有效助力,为类似工程架体应用提供了技术借鉴。
Based on the characteristic of frequent changes in the floor height of the main structure of Building 1 in a certain project,a partial optimization design was carried out for the commonly used all steel integrated attached lifting scaffold in the industry,and the equipment production and application were completed,effectively avoiding the problem of the protective height or free end height of the scaffold not meeting the standard requirements when encountering floor height changes,resulting in multiple high-altitude dismantling and modification of the scaffold.The implementation and application of this technology can achieve real-time electric adjustment of the top protection height when the floor height changes,which can ensure that the protection height of the work surface or the free end height of the frame itself remains within the allowable range of the specifications at all times,and can also avoid safety risks caused by workers dismantling and modifying the frame during high-altitude operations.After comprehensive comparative analysis,the adjustable protective height lifting frame equipment designed for the structural characteristics of Building 1 in this project has significant advantages in construction safety,cost control,schedule management,and civilized construction.It also provides effective assistance for the technological development of the attached lifting scaffold industry and provides technical reference for similar problems encountered in the application of similar engineering structures.
