摘要
对空调外机顶盖的结构进行分折,介绍该制件的侧冲孔模、内翻边模、叠边模。在侧冲孔模中,侧孔位于凹陷位置,将侧冲孔与成形凹陷位设在同一工序成形;内翻边模中设置内、外滑块,外滑块充当凸模,内滑块在向内翻边时向外涨开,充当凹模,在脱模时向内收缩,便于让出空间脱模;在叠边模中,为了便于工序件脱模,在上、下模中都设置弹簧,先由下模弹簧顶向上模,再由上模弹簧将工序件从上模中推出。经实际生产验证:模具成形的制件合格。
The structure of head cover of air conditioner outdoor unit was analyzed,and the dies for forming the part,including the side piercing,inward flanging,and folding were introduced.In the side piercing die,the side holes were located in the concave position,and the side piercing and the forming of the concave position were completed in the same process.The inner and outer sliders were set in the inward flanging die,the outer slider was acted as the punch,and the inner slider was acted as concave die to expand outward during the inward flanging process,the inner slider retracted inward during demoulding,facilitating the creation of space for demoulding.In the folding die,springs were set in both the upper and lower half of dies to facilitate demoulding for the workpiece,the spring of the lower half of die first ejected the upper half of die upward,and then the spring of upper half of die ejected the workpiece out of the upper half of die.Actual production verified that the formed parts were qualified.
