摘要
为进一步提高《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ/T 23-2011)中全国统一测强曲线的通用性和推定精度,收集汇总有明确材料参数的地区测强曲线的试验数据,使用该数据分别对非泵送混凝土和泵送混凝土统一测强曲线进行适用性验证,再分别以回弹值和碳化深度值、回弹值和龄期为变量使用不同数学模型进行回归分析;利用平均相对误差及相对标准差判断其数学模型的推定精度,选取两值较小且各强度、各碳化深度和各龄期满足精度要求的数学模型,基于本文试验及收集到的数据进行验证.结果表明:采用现行非泵送混凝土和泵送混凝土统一测强曲线时,推定误差较大,不满足检测精度要求;碳化深度值和回弹值为自变量时,倒指数函数数学模型对非泵送和泵送混凝土的推定强度满足各阶段的平均相对误差及相对标准差要求.推荐测强曲线能较准确地推定混凝土抗压强度,为已有标准提供参考.
To further enhance the universality and prediction accuracy of the national unified strength curve in the Technical Specification for Testing Compressive Strength of Concrete by Rebound Method(JGJ/T 23-2011),this study compiles experimental data from regional strength curves with well-defined material parameters.Using this dataset,the applicability of unified strength curves for both non-pumped and pumped concrete is validated.Re-gression analyses are then conducted with different mathematical models using two variable combinations:rebound value&carbonation depth,and rebound value&concrete age.The prediction accuracy of these mathematical models is evaluated through average relative error and relative standard deviation,with preference given to models exhibiting smaller average relative error and relative standard deviation values while satisfying precision require-ments across all strength grades,carbonation depths,and curing ages.Validation is performed using both newly acquired experimental data and compiled existing data.Results indicate:The current unified strength curves for non-pumped and pumped concrete demonstrate excessive prediction errors,failing to meet inspection accuracy requirements;The mathematical model utilizing the inverse exponential function,with carbonation depth and rebound value as independent variables,satisfies the average relative error and relative standard deviation criteria across all strength stages for both non-pumped and pumped concrete.The recommended strength curve demon-strates improved accuracy in predicting concrete compressive strength,providing valuable references for existing standards.
