摘要
目的:旨在评估改进式手术室全周期护理模式在全子宫切除手术中的实际成效。研究抽取了84名患者,将其随机分为改进组与常规组,每组各含42例,改进组实施包含术前访视、术中体温调控及人文关怀措施、术后早期活动等综合护理方案,而常规组则沿用传统护理方式,通过对比两组患者凝血功能指标、并发症发生率、术后康复相关参数以及护理质量评价结果,发现改进组的PT值(13.27±1.18)s、APTT值(33.54±2.36)s明显优于常规组,FIB值(3.58±0.56)g/L则显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。此外,改进组的并发症总发生率(9.52%)低于常规组(26.19%),引流管拔除时间(2.56±0.61)d、胃肠功能恢复时间(20.18±3.57)h以及住院时长(5.32±1.04)d均短于常规组,疼痛评分(3.26±0.87)分也低于常规组,护理质量的各项维度得分均有显著提升(P<0.05)综上所述,改进式全周期护理能够有效改善凝血功能,减少术后并发症,加快康复进程并显著提高护理服务质量。
Objective:To evaluate the actual effectiveness of an improved operating room full cycle nursing model in total hysterectomy surgery.84 patients were randomly divided into an improvement group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The improvement group received a comprehensive nursing plan including preoperative visits,intraoperative temperature regulation and humanistic care measures,and early postoperative activities,while the control group continued to use traditional nursing methods.By comparing the coagulation function indicators,complication rates,postoperative rehabilitation related parameters,and nursing quality evaluation results of the two groups,it was found that the PT value(13.27±1.18)s and APTT value(33.54±2.36)s of the improvement group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the FIB value(3.58±0.56)g/L was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the total incidence of complications in the improved group(9.52%)was lower than that in the conventional group(26.19%).The drainage tube removal time(2.56±0.61)d,gastrointestinal function recovery time(20.18±3.57)h,and length of hospital stay(5.32±1.04)d were all shorter than those in the conventional group.The pain score(3.26±0.87)was also lower than that in the conventional group.The scores of various dimensions of nursing quality were significantly improved(P<0.05).In summary,the improved full cycle nursing can effectively improve coagulation function,reduce postoperative complications,accelerate rehabilitation process,and significantly improve nursing service quality.
