摘要
目的:分析尿毒症透析患者护理过程中,结合心理护理干预获得的效果。方法:选取2023年1月到2024年12月期间,在我院进行尿毒症透析治疗患者,共60例展开此次研究,运用随机数表法分组,分成对照组与试验组,组内人数均为30例。在对照组中,结合常规护理模式,在试验组中,基于常规护理,结合心理护理干预,观察两组护理效果。结果:对比两组SAS评分和SDS评分,护理前,无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,试验组评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒症透析患者护理过程中,结合心理护理干预可以获得较好效果,改善患者负性情绪,值得广泛应用和推广。
Objective:To analyze the effects of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing process of uremic dialysis patients.Method:Sixty patients undergoing uremia dialysis treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected for this study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.In the control group,combined with conventional nursing mode,in the experimental group,based on conventional nursing and combined with psychological nursing intervention,the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Result:Comparing the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups,there was no significant difference before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the experimental group had a lower score(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of uremic dialysis patients,the combination of psychological nursing intervention can achieve good results,improve patients'negative emotions,and is worthy of wide application and promotion.
