摘要
本文报告1例出院准备度管理在肠膀胱扩大术患儿中应用的护理经验,护理要点包括成立出院准备度小组、膀胱管理、肠道管理、心理护理、营养支持、延续性护理。经过个性化的出院准备度管理,患儿照顾者居家照护技术掌握良好,患儿病情好转后出院,门诊随访患儿病情稳定且掌握了自我间歇性清洁导尿技术。
This paper reports the nursing experience of discharge readiness management in a child undergoing bowel augmentation cystoplasty.Key nursing interventions included setting up a discharge readiness team,bladder management,intestinal management,psychological care,nutritional support,and continuity of care.After personalized discharge readiness management,the child’s caregiver had a good grasp of home care technology.The child was discharged after clinical improvement,and follow-up outpatient visits confirmed stable condition,and the child mastered self-clean intermittent catheterization technology.
