摘要
母猪妊娠期间胚胎丢失是影响产仔数的主要因素,大多数胚胎丢失发生在胚胎附植阶段,因此胚胎附植过程是决定妊娠效率的关键环节。胚胎附植调控网络涉及多层级因子,包括生殖激素、基因、蛋白、miRNA、lncRNA和circRNA等,它们通过调节胚胎的形态变化、生理过程以及子宫内膜的细胞增殖等机制,直接影响胚胎附植。本文综述了胚胎附植过程中胚胎和子宫的生理变化,重点讨论了胚胎附植的主要调控因子及其作用机制,为靶向干预胚胎丢失和提高母猪繁殖效率提供理论依据。
Embryo loss during gestation is a major factor limiting litter size in sows,with the majority of losses occurring during the implantation stage.Therefore,embryo implantation is a critical determinant of pregnancy success.The regulatory network governing embryo implantation involves multiple layers of factors,including reproductive hormones,genes,proteins,microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs).These factors influence implantation by modulating embryonic morphological changes,physiological processes,and endometrial cell proliferation.This review article summarizes the physiological changes in both the embryo and uterus during implantation,with a particular focus on key regulatory factors and their mechanisms of action.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for targeted interventions to reduce embryo loss and improve reproductive efficiency in sows.
