摘要
针对多数决策方法未充分考虑梯级水库调度目标间竞争关系的问题,将多目标竞争关系的量化指标——置换比与TOPSIS法耦合,提出了兼顾竞争关系的TOPSIS决策方法,并应用到雅砻江下游梯级水库中。结果表明兼顾竞争关系的TOPSIS显著提高了调度方案决策效率,有效反映决策者在不同来水条件下对各目标的偏向程度,能获得更大的发电效益和生态效益。因此,兼顾竞争关系的TOPSIS决策方法具有一定合理性和优越性。
Most decision-making methods do not fully consider the competitive relationship among operation objectives of cascade reservoirs.To this end,this paper integrates the replacement ratio-a quantitative indicator for multi-objective competing relationships-with the TOPSIS method,and proposes an improved TOPSIS decision-making method which is further applied to the cascade reservoirs in the lower reach of Yalong river.Results show that the improved TOPSIS increases the decision-making efficiency of the operation schemes and effectively reflects the decision maker′s preference for each objective under different incoming water conditions,which can achieve greater power generation and ecological benefits.Therefore,the proposed TOPSIS method is reasonable and reliable,and has certain superiority.
