摘要
为全面提高财务管理水平,新时期在工程塑料贸易企业的财务部门工作创新时,可引进ERP系统。具体可从多个方面入手,灵活运用该系统,如架构特色ERP系统,明确企业的价值链;以ERP系统为基础,优化财务会计体系;财务业务流程重组,动态开展财务管理;基于成本管理系统、全周期的成本管理等。本文就ERP系统在工程塑料贸易企业财务管理中的现实应用路径进行分析探讨,旨在促进工程塑料贸易企业健康、可持续发展。
To comprehensively enhance the level of financial management,when innovating the work of the finance department in engineering plastics trading enterprises in the new era,an ERP system can be introduced.Specifically,one can start from multiple aspects and flexibly apply this system,such as building a distinctive ERP system and clarifying the enterprise’s value chain.Based on the ERP system,optimize the financial accounting system;Reengineering financial business processes and dynamically conducting financial management;Based on the cost management system,full-cycle cost management,etc.This article analyzes and discusses the practical application path of ERP systems in the financial management of engineering plastics trading enterprises,aiming to promote the healthy and sustainable development of engineering plastics trading enterprises.
