摘要
为了综合评判大坝溃坝后果所具有的复杂性和不确定性,文章基于灰色模糊理论,深入分析溃坝后果影响因素,建立定量和定性因素的隶属函数,提出了一种灰色模糊综合评价方法。该方法能够有效整合生命损失、经济损失、环境影响和社会影响等多个评价维度的信息不充分性,采用最大隶属原则对溃坝后果进行等级划分。研究结果表明,该方法在实际应用中具有较高的准确性和可靠性,能够为大坝安全管理提供科学决策支持。
To comprehensively evaluate the complexity and uncertainty of dam failure consequences,this paper employs grey fuzzy theory to conduct an in-depth analysis of contributing factors,establi-shes membership functions for quantitative and qualitative elements,and proposes a grey fuzzy com-prehensive evaluation method.The proposed approach effectively integrates insufficient data across multiple assessment dimensions including life loss,economic loss,environmental impact,social im-pact and so on,utilizes the maximum membership principle to classify consequence severity levels.Re-sults demonstrate that this method achieves high accuracy and reliability in practical applications,pro-viding scientific decision-making support for dam safety management.
