摘要
论文采用历史研究法和文献综述法,全面回顾彭斐章先生在中国与苏联、中国与美国及海峡两岸图书馆学术交流合作中的人生经历与学术活动。彭斐章先生在国际和海峡两岸图书馆学术交流合作中做出了承前启后、继往开来的卓越贡献,为新中国图书馆学术体系的建立、发展和传承奠定了重要的基础。
This paper employs historical research and literature review to comprehensively examine Mr.PENG Feizhang's life experiences and academic activities in facilitating library science exchanges and cooperation between China and the Soviet Union,and between China and the United States,as well as across the Taiwan Strait.Mr.PENG played a pivotal role in advancing international and cross-Strait library science collaboration,making extraordinary contributions that bridged past achievements and future developments.His work laid a crucial foundation for the establishment,growth,and inheritance of the library science academic system in the People's Republic of China.
