摘要
社会发展新时期,社区治理成为重点、难点工作,其关乎社区管理效能的优化、公共服务供给的优化等多方面内容,推动社区治理走向标准化势在必行,凸显出非同一般的意义。本文通过梳理我国现行社区治理相关国、行、地标,分析当前社区治理的现状,引出具体问题,并在此基础上提出多项策略,如制定标准化流程规范、明晰工作细则、强化人才队伍标准化建设、提升专业素养、运用信息化技术、搭建智能管理平台等,旨在给新时期社区治理现代化提供理论支持,推动构建共建共治共享社区治理新格局。
In the new era of social development,community governance has become a key and difficult work,which is related to the optimization of community management efficiency and public service supply.It is imperative to promote the standardization of community governance,highlighting the extraordinary significance.By introducing the current national,sectoral and local standards related to community governance in China,this paper analyzes the current status of community governance,draws out specific problems,and puts forward a number of strategies on this basis,such as formulating standardized process norms,clarifying work rules,strengthening the standardization construction of talent teams,improving professional literacy,applying information technology,and building intelligent management platforms.It aims to provide theoretical support for the modernization of community governance in the new era and promote a new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and shared community governance.
