摘要
区域国别研究中的知识生产有着西方中心主义和服务于殖民需求的单向流动传统。改革开放以来,中国反贫困取得了举世瞩目的成绩,为全球减贫事业提供了可资借鉴的宝贵经验,也为发展中国家探索适合自身国情的减贫路径提供了重要参考。中国创建了与世界互动的新型知识生产模式,理应成为反贫困知识的生产地和中心。但是,目前中国贫困治理对外话语体系建设尚未完善,中国本土知识与对象国当地知识尚未搭建起良好的对话融通机制,反贫困知识供给与需求的矛盾较为突出。本文基于议题驱动视角,把反贫困视为区域国别研究的专门问题之一,提出构建中国减贫学知识体系,将区域国别学与领域学相结合,通过获取全面、完整的对象国贫困治理知识,把中国作为对象和方法,使中国反贫困知识“惠己及人”,与他国地方性知识对话互动,实现本土研究与世界整体融合以及世界性知识的超越演化,推进人类命运共同体知识体系建构,进一步完善对外话语体系,提升国际传播效能。
Knowledge production in area studies has unidirectional traditions of Western centrism and colonialism.China's successful experience of poverty alleviation has won global recognition,which may offer guidelines to the global war against poverty and the pursuit of poverty reduction strategies applicable to other developing countries.Accordingly,China has created a new interactive model of knowledge production,which should become the base and center of the knowledge production for anti-poverty.However,at present,China's international discourse system of poverty alleviation has not been fully framed and there is a lack of a good dialogue between China's local knowledge and the knowledge of targeted areas.As a result,there arises a huge gap between the supply and demand of anti-poverty knowledge.This study,taking China's anti-poverty as the research object,proposes the construction of a knowledge system for China's poverty reduction.Through comprehensive studies of foreign countries'poverty alleviation,and the application of China's methods,a mechanism can be formed for the equal dialogue and integration of local and global knowledge.In this way,knowledge system for the community of a shared future will be constructed so as to benefit other countries and improve the discourse system and effectiveness of international communication.
