氧化钛-氧化铝负载Ni催化剂催化顺酐加氢研究

摘要 采用湿浸渍法在不同比例的自制氧化钛和商业氧化铝混合载体上负载Ni制备15%Ni/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,考察了其在顺酐选择性加氢制备γ-丁内酯反应中的催化性能。结果表明,增加氧化铝比例可提高γ-丁内酯选择性并优化副产物分布,延长反应时间则能进一步提升顺酐转化率和γ-丁内酯选择性。研究揭示了载体组成和反应时间对顺酐加氢反应的影响,为催化剂优化和反应效率提升提供了参考。 15%Ni/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts with varying TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)ratios were prepared by wet impregnation using a mixed support of self-made titanium oxide and commercial alumina,and their catalytic performance in the selective hydrogenation of maleic anhydride(MA)toγ-butyrolactone(GBL)was investigated.The results demonstrate that increasing the Al_(2)O_(3)content in the support significantly enhances GBL selectivity while optimizing the byproduct distribution.Prolonging the reaction time further improves both MA conversion and GBL selectivity.This study revealed the effects of support composition and reaction time on the hydrogenation of maleic anhydride,providing references for catalyst optimization and reaction efficiency improvement.
