摘要
试验旨在研究中草药对河西牛生长性能、采食量、腹泻率及血清生化指标的影响。选取体重(199.76±10.52)kg的6月龄河西牛80头,随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础颗粒日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加1.0%、1.5%、3.0%中草药,正试期为60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组牛粪便评分和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组牛血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组牛血清丙二醛(MDA)活性显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组牛血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅱ组牛血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组牛血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及肿瘤坏死因子-γ(TNF-γ)含量均升高,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明TMR颗粒日粮中添加适量的配方中草药可以改善河西牛的生长性能、免疫水平、抗氧化能力,以1.5%的添加量效果较好。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,feed intake,diarrhea rate and serum biochemical indexes of Hexi cattle.Eighty Hexi cattle aged 6 months and weighing(199.76±10.52)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group was fed with TMR basal pellet diet,and the groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with TMR pellet diet supplemented with 1.0%,1.5%and 3.0%Chinese herbal medicines respectively for 60 days.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the daily gain(ADG)of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio(F/G)of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the score of cow dung and diarrhea rate of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activities of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in bovine serum of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in bovine serum of group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activities of malondialdehyde(MDA)in bovine serum of group Ⅱ were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the activity of catalase(CAT)in bovine serum in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly improved(P<0.05);the content of bovine serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of bovine serum immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in group Ⅲ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and tumor necrosis factor-γ(TNF-γ)in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ all increased,but the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05).It shows that adding proper amount of Chinese herbal medicine to TMR pellet diet can improve the growth performance,immune level and antioxidant capacity of Hexi cattle,and the effect is better with the addition of 1.5%.
