摘要
当前,电网企业青年员工的职业发展通道与信息化能力的适配存在不足。基于此,文章构建了“信息化能力-职级”联动晋升体系,细化了信息化岗位差异化通道,搭建了能力成长支撑平台。实施后,青年员工信息化能力明显提升,职业发展动力显著增强,企业信息化业务推进效率大幅提高,实现了员工成长与企业发展的双赢。
Currently,there is a lack of alignment between the career development paths of young employees in power grid enterprises and their information technology capabilities.Based on this,the article constructs a“information technology capability-level”linkage promotion system,refines differentiated channels for information technology positions,and builds a support platform for capability growth.After implementation,the digital capabilities of young employees have been significantly improved,their motivation for career development has been significantly enhanced,and the efficiency of advancing enterprise digital business has been greatly increased,achieving a win-win situation for both employee growth and enterprise development.
