摘要
喹啉,喹唑啉及其衍生物因其重要的生物化学特性,已引起许多化学家的广泛研究兴趣。鉴于此类化合物的重要性,迫切需要探索出构建此类化合物的简便方法。围绕这一主旨,本论文工作以构建结构新颖的喹唑啉骨架为目的,设计和研究了以环状偶氮甲碱亚胺类化合物和α-溴代酰胺为反应物构建了一系列1,2,4-三嗪稠合喹唑啉分子骨架。
quinoline,quinazoline,and their derivatives have attracted widespread research interest among chemists due to their important biochemical properties.Given the importance of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,there is an urgent need to explore simple methods for constructing such compounds.Based on this theme,this thesis aimed to construct a novel nitrogen-containing heterocyclic framework.A series of 1,2,4-triazine fused quinazoline frameworks were designed and studied using cyclic azomethine imine compounds andα-bromoamides as reactants.
