摘要
正确选择低压电线电缆载流量是电气工程设计的关键,直接影响设备选用、保护整定值计算及安全事故预防。为此,对《火力发电厂仪表与控制就地设备安装、管路、电缆设计规程》(DL/T 5182—2021)中交流380 V电动执行机构电缆截面选择规定展开研究。以DL/T 5182—2021为基础,与多本规范进行对比分析,创新性地提出380 V阀门电动装置动力回路电缆线芯截面选型方法。计算及分析结果表明,该方法满足设计要求。该研究不仅为电缆选型提供了参考,还为其他涉及低压电器设备电缆选型的学科领域(如建筑电气、工业自动化等)在规范应用和方法创新上提供了启示。该研究对保障相关领域电缆选型的科学性和安全性具有积极影响。
Proper selection of current-carrying capacity for low-voltage wires and cables is critical in electrical engineering design,as it directly impacts equipment selection,protection setting calculations,and accident prevention.To this end,the provisions for selecting cable cross-sectional areas for 380 V alternating current electric actuators are investigated to the Code for Installation,Piping,and Cable Design of Instrumentation and Control Local Equipment in Thermal Power Plants(DL/T 5182—2021).Based on DL/T 5182—2021 and a comparative analysis of multiple standards,a method for selecting the cross-sectional area of power circuit cables for 380 V valve electric actuators is innovatively proposed.Results of calculation and analysis demonstrate that this method meets design requirements.This study not only provides a reference for cable selection,but also offers insights into standard application and methodological innovation for other disciplines involving low-voltage electrical equipment cable selection such as building electrical and industrial automation,etc.Positive contributions are made by this study to ensure the scientific and safety of cable selection in relevant fields.
