摘要
通过假病毒的包装和感染实验,使学生能够区分它与真病毒的差异,从而进一步理解病毒载体以及相关疫苗的构建机理,并在实验探究中发展学科素养,提高科学思维和科学探究能力。
Through the packaging and infection experiment of pseudovirus,students are able to distinguish the difference between pseudovirus and real virus,so as to help them further understand the viral vectors and the mechanisms involved in vaccine development,develop the discipline literacy in experimental exploration,and improve their scientific thinking and inquiry abilities.
