摘要
针对高填方路堤下横穿管线存在安全性与稳定性较差的问题,提出基于有限元分析方法的高填方路堤下横穿管线的受力分析方法。通过建立三维模型,模拟不同工况下的应力分布和变形情况。对不同参数下受力情况进行分析,并提出相应减载措施。结果表明,在地基模量为500MPa,沟谷宽度为20m,坡度为45°,填土高度3~6 m时使用分层填筑,施工减载效果最佳。在减载措施下,土体沉降差值和垂直应力集中系数下降7.48%和4%,提出的减载方法能有效延长管线使用寿命,保障道路使用安全,为施工人员以及道路使用者提供安全保障。
Aiming at the difficulty of poor safety and stability of crossing pipeline under high fill embankment,a force analysis method of crossing pipeline under high fill embankment based on finite element analysis is proposed.The three-dimensional model is established to simulate the stress distribution and deformation under different working conditions.The stress conditions under different parameters are analyzed,and the corresponding load reduction measures are put forward.The experimental results show that when the foundation modulus is 500MPa,the width of gully and slope is 20 m and 45°,and the filling height is between 3-6 m,layered filling should be used,the construction load reduction effect is the best.Under the proposed load reduction standard,the soil settlement difference and vertical stress concentration coefficient is reduced by 7.48%and 4%.The proposed load reduction method can effectively extend the service life of the pipeline,ensure the safety of road use,and provide safety guarantees for construction personnel and road users.
