摘要
目的优化酸枣果肉多糖乙酰化修饰工艺。方法以乙酰基取代度为指标,选取多糖酸酐质量比、反应时间、反应温度三因素开展单因素实验,结合响应面法构建工艺优化模型,并对酸枣果肉多糖乙酰化修饰工艺数据进行拟合。结果通过优化并结合实际将酸枣果肉多糖乙酰化修饰最佳工艺参数设定为酸枣果肉多糖酸酐质量比为50∶1,反应时间4 h,反应温度60℃,进行3次平行验证实验,得出酸枣果肉乙酰基取代度为0.423。结论采用响应面法优化酸枣果肉多糖乙酰化修饰工艺方法可行。
Objective Optimize the acetylation modification process of wild jujube flesh polysaccharide.Methods Taking the degree of acetyl substitution as the index,the single factor experiment was carried out by selecting the mass ratio of polysaccharide anhydride,reaction time and reaction temperature,and the process optimization model was constructed by response surface method,and the data of acetylation modification of wild jujube flesh polysaccharide were fitted.Results Through optimization and practice,the optimum technological parameters of acetylation modification of wild jujube flesh polysaccharide were set as follows:the mass ratio of wild jujube flesh polysaccharide anhydride was 50∶1,the reaction time was 4 h,and the reaction temperature was 60℃.After three parallel verification experiments,the degree of acetyl substitution of wild jujube flesh was 0.423.Conclusion It is feasible to optimize the acetylation modification process of wild jujube flesh polysaccharide by response surface methodology.
