摘要
目的:探究厚朴排气合剂在剖宫产术后快速康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年10月乐平市人民医院剖宫产术后产妇110例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(55例,常规干预)和观察组(55例,在对照组基础上增加厚朴排气合剂干预)。比较两组术后切口愈合情况、胃肠功能恢复情况、腹胀发生率、切口疼痛(VAS评分)与肿胀评分。结果:观察组甲级愈合率高于对照组,腹胀发生率低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d两组切口VAS评分和肿胀评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后3 d及出院时的切口VAS评分和肿胀评分低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:厚朴排气合剂能有效促进剖宫产术后产妇的切口愈合,加速胃肠功能恢复,降低腹胀发生率,并减轻切口疼痛与肿胀。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Houpo Exhaust Mixture in the rapid recovery after cesarean section.Method:A total of 110 parturients after cesarean section at Leping People's Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(55 cases,conventional intervention)and the observation group(55 cases,with the addition of Houpo Exhaust Mixture intervention on the basis of the control group).The wound healing,gastrointestinal recovery,incidence of abdominal distension,and incision pain(VAS scores)and swelling scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of complete healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of abdominal distension was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first flatus passage,and the time of first defecation were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at 1 day postoperative between the two groups(P>0.05);the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at postoperative 3 d and at discharge in both groups were lower than those at postoperative 1 d,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Houpo Exhaust Mixture significantly improves the wound healing speed after cesarean section,accelerates gastrointestinal recovery,reduces the incidence of abdominal distension,and alleviates incision pain and swelling.
