摘要
整理师承笔记,总结周乐年教授临证应用全蝎经验:全蝎味辛、性平、归肝经,善息风镇痉,通络止痛,攻毒散结。临证主要用于治疗痛、麻、痉、疮(疹)几个方面。在治疗不同疾病、不同证候时,常与蜈蚣、僵蚕、地龙、天麻、钩藤、薏苡仁、紫河车等配伍,相需为用,增强疗效。中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,中药饮片功用与药理相结合,应用于临床,取效迅速。
By collating medical case records of Professor Zhou Lenian’s herbal prescriptions during the master-apprentice training period,this study summarizes the clinical application experience of Scorpion.Scorpion is pungent in flavor,neutral in nature,and enters the Liver Channel.It excels in extinguishing wind and arresting convulsions,dredging collaterals to relieve pain,and counteracting toxins to dissipate nodules.Clinically,it is primarily applied for pain,numbness,convulsive disorders,and sores/rashes.For different diseases and syndromes,it is often combined with:Centipede,Silkworm,Earthworm,Gastrodia,Uncaria,Coix Seed,Human Placenta.These combinations follow the principle of mutual reinforcement to enhance therapeutic efficacy.By integrating TCM pattern differentiation with Western disease diagnosis,as well as traditional herb functions with pharmacological mechanisms,rapid clinical effectiveness is achieved.
