基于TGF-β_(1)/Smad信号通路探讨中医药防治宫腔粘连的研究进展

摘要 宫腔粘连(IUA)是以子宫内膜纤维化为基本病理特征的一种临床常见多发疾病,对女性的月经及生殖具有一定影响。临床上多采用宫腔镜手术治疗IUA,但术后复发率居高不下。预防术后复发方面,西医多采用物理屏障法或激素疗法,中医则从患者病因病机出发,通过辨证论治,从多方位、多角度来治疗。转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))/Smad信号通路参与IUA的发病过程,中医药可以通过干预TGF-β_(1)/Smad信号通路来抑制子宫内膜纤维化、促进子宫内膜修复进而防治IUA。本文综述了TGF-β_(1)/Smad通路的激活途径及中药复方和中药活性成分等干预TGF-β_(1)/Smad信号通路从而防治IUA,为临床及进一步研究提供参考。 Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)is a common and frequent clinical disease with endometrial fibrosis as the basic pathological feature,which has certain effects on women's menstruation and reproduction.Hysteroscopic surgery is often used to treat IUA,but the postoperative recurrence rate remains high.In preventing postoperative recurrence,western medicine mostly adopts physical barrier method or hormone therapy,while Chinese medicine treats the disease from the patient's etiology and pathogenesis,and through syndrome differentiation and treatment from multiple aspects and perspectives.The transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))/Smad signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of uterine adhesions,and TCM can inhibit endometrial fibrosis and promote endometrial repair to prevent and treat uterine adhesions by intervening in the TGF-β_(1)/Smad signaling pathway.Therefore,this paper reviews the activation pathway of TGF-β_(1)/Smad pathway and the intervention of TCM compound and TCM active ingredients in TGF-β_(1)/Smad signaling pathway to prevent and treat uterine adhesions,which will provide reference for further clinical and experimental studies.
