摘要
基于内蒙古牧区的实地调研,采用熵权法系统测算并比较新型家庭、新型合作与传统单家独户模式下牧户草地经营的生态-经济-社会效益。结果表明:生态效益方面,新型合作经营模式显著优于新型家庭经营模式,而后者又优于传统单家独户模式;经济效益方面,新型合作经营模式具有显著优势,而新型家庭经营与传统单家独户模式无显著差异;社会效益方面,新型合作经营模式表现最优,而新型家庭经营与传统单家独户模式的差异不显著;综合效益方面,新型合作经营模式的综合得分显著高于其他两种模式。研究结果验证了新型合作经营模式在促进草地可持续利用方面的优越性,建议通过政策引导与制度创新进一步推广该模式,以助力牧区的可持续发展。
Based on field research in pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,this study employs the Entropy Weight Method to systematically measure and compare the ecological-economic-social benefits of pastureland management under three modes:new family units,new cooperatives,and traditional single-household operations.The results indicate that:(1)Regarding ecological benefits,the new cooperative model significantly outperforms the new family model,which in turn surpasses the traditional single-household model;(2)For economic benefits,the new cooperative model demonstrates clear advantages,while no significant difference exists between the new family and traditional models;(3)In terms of social benefits,the new cooperative model shows optimal performance,with no statistically significant differences between the other two models;(4)Concerning comprehensive benefits,the new cooperative model achieves significantly higher ovrll scores than the other two modes.These findings validate the superiority of the new cooperative model in promoting sustainable grassland utilization.The study recommends further policy guidance and institutional innovation to facilitate wider adoption of this model,thereby supporting sustainable development in pastoral regions.
