遥感与视频解译在自然资源领域的应用探索

摘要 如何快速有效地发现违法占用耕地、耕地“非农化”和“非粮化”是当前自然资源领域高度关注和研究的课题。基于遥感影像和视频监控技术,采用地物识别提取、变化图斑监测、空间定位、视频行为监控、视频与GIS数据联动等多技术融合方法,构建了一套更快速、更精细的监控手段,有望为保护耕地资源、促进可持续发展贡献力量,为自然资源领域的监管工作提供新的思路和手段。 How to quickly and effectively detect illegal occupation of cultivated land,non-agriculturalization and non-grainization of cultivated land is a highly concerned and researched topic in the natural resources.Based on remote sensing images and video monitoring technology,we used the integration method of multiple technologies,including ground object recognition and extraction,change patch monitoring,spatial positioning,video behavior monitoring,and video and GIS data linkage,to construct a more rapid and refined monitoring method,which was expected to contribute to the protection of cultivated land resources,promote sustainable development,and provided new ideas and means for monitoring and management work in the natural resources.
