摘要
参考上海市2035总规,建立了上海市交通指标体系;并基于新型测绘下的高分辨率、高精度基础地理信息数据库,提出了交通系统时空格局的分析框架。在实证研究中,以道路指标为例,在街镇、区和新城尺度下,计算和分析了上海市道路2015—2022年的时空格局。结果表明,上海市道路呈同心圆结构,以中心城区为核心,按照环线顺序向外递减;2015—2022年上海市道路密度稳步提升;中央功能区已完成2035年道路网规划目标;五大新城道路建设水平整体领先于全市平均水平和周围街镇,但尚未形成空间规模,中心城区仍为上海市道路建设唯一的聚集中心。研究结果可服务于上海市城市体检和2035总规实施评估,为基于基础地理信息数据库的城市精细监测提供思路和框架。
We established a traffic indicator system for Shanghai City with reference to 2035 Overall Planning in Shanghai City,and proposed an analysis framework for the spatio-temporal pattern of traffic system based on the high-resolution and high-precision basic geographical information databases under the new surveying and mapping.In the empirical study,taking the road indicators for example,we calculated and analyzed the spatio-temporal pattern of Shanghai’s road infrastructure from 2015 to 2022 under multiple spatial scales,such as streets,towns,districts.The result shows that the spatial pattern of road infrastructure in Shanghai has a concentric circle structure,with the central city as the core and decreasing outward according to the order of ring line,and the density of roads,including the central city and new cities,has steadily increased from 2015 to 2022.The road construction level of the five new cities is ahead of the urban average level and the surrounding streets and towns,but has not yet formed a spatial scale,and the central city is still the only aggregation center for road construction in Shanghai City.The research results can be used to serve Shanghai’s urban physical examination and the implementation evaluation of 2035 Overall Planning in Shanghai City,and provide ideas and frameworks for urban fine monitoring based on basic geographical information databases.
