Optimization scheduling method for multiple energy storage in smart power plants based on improved artificial fish swarm algorithm

摘要 研究通过引入改进的人工鱼群算法,结合潮汐能和风能的特点,构建数学模型并优化多元混合储能单元的容量配置,实现潮-风智慧电厂多元混合储能系统的稳定运行和经济性最大化。同时,采用频谱分析的电力配置方案,确保每个能量存储设备在不同运行状态下发挥最佳功率调度作用。结果显示,采用研究的优化调度方案后,A地某智慧电厂系统年综合成本为14632.48万元,系统的不平衡功率稳定在-0.2—1.1 MW。说明了研究方案能够提高潮-风智慧电厂系统的供电可靠性和经济性,并为可再生能源发电系统的稳定运行提供重要参考依据。 This study introduces an improved artificial fish swarm algorithm,combines with the characteristics of tidal and wind energy,to construct a mathematical model and optimize the capacity configuration of multi hybrid energy storage units,in order to achieve stable operation and economic maximization of the multi hybrid energy storage system in tidal wind smart power plants.At the same time,a power configuration scheme based on spectrum analysis is adopted to ensure that each energy storage device can perform the best power scheduling effect under different operating states.The results show that after adopting the optimized scheduling scheme studied,the annual comprehensive cost of a smart power plant system in A city is 146.3248 million yuan,and the unbalanced power of the system remains stable at-0.2-1.1 MW.This indicates that the research plan can improve the power supply reliability and economy of the high tide wind smart power plant system,and provide important reference basis for the stable operation of renewable energy generation systems.
