摘要
面向国家重大需求与学术研究前沿,大模型时代数智商务的发展不仅依赖于人工智能等关键技术的突破及领域应用,也要求传统商务流程再造与管理理论创新。深度融合数据智能与商务场景,突破核心技术瓶颈,催生新产业与新模式,实现智能、高效、协同的数智商务新格局是未来重要的发展方向。基于国家自然科学基金委员会第406期“双清论坛”,本文围绕大模型时代数智商务的理论和方法,聚焦数智商务的“关键技术与方法”、“智能协同与自主决策”以及“新模式与新业态”三方面进行了深入探讨,并进一步提出针对人工智能方法与大模型技术突破、多智能体决策与跨智能体协同、人智融合的流程—组织—市场再造的研究议程,及优先支持面向数智商务的管理科学与计算科学交叉领域研究的资助建议。
In response to national priorities and the frontiers of academic research,the development of digital and intelligent commerce in the era of large models depends not only on breakthroughs in key technologies such as artificial intelligence and their applications in the industry but also on the reengineering of traditional business processes and innovations in management theories.Deeply integrating data intelligence with business scenarios,overcoming core technological bottlenecks,fostering new industries and models,and achieving a new paradigm of intelligent,efficient,and collaborative digital and intelligent commerce represent crucial future directions.Based on the 406th“Shuang Qing Forum”,focusing on the theories and methods of digital intelligence business in the era of large language models,this study delves into three aspects:key technologies and methods,intelligent collaboration and autonomous decision-making,and new models and forms.It further proposes a research agenda addressing advancements in AI methods and large model technologies,multi-agent decision-making and cross-agent collaboration,and human-AI integration in processorganization-market reengineering,along with funding recommendations prioritizing interdisciplinary research in management science and computational science for digital and intelligent commerce.
