摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作和民族地区各项工作的主线。在世界新一轮科技革命和产业变革同我国转变发展方式的历史性交汇期,人工智能技术从认识论、方法论及实践论之维,赋予了铸牢中华民族共同体意识的智能化传播属性与时代机遇。面对智能技术的“二律背反”效应,需有效识别并解决以下五对矛盾:技术规则深度应用与涉民族话语传播弱势的矛盾、算法偏见锚定效应与议题影响力扩大的矛盾、智能平台场景力不足与传播效果提升的矛盾、技术惯性依赖与各族群众能动性发挥的矛盾、技术迭代的“涌现性”与原有生态机制间的矛盾。基于此,从有力的话语体系打造、有趣的议题魅力呈现、有形的交往场域弥漫、有感的受众情感唤醒和有效的传播机制创新中求变并进,推进中华民族共同体意识的智能化传播,讲好中华民族共同体故事。
Consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the main thread of the Communist Party of China’s ethnic work and various tasks in ethnic minority regions in the new era.During the historic convergence of a new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation with China’s transformation of its development model,artificial intelligence technology has endowed consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation with communication attributes and opportunities of the times from the epistemological,methodological,and practical dimensions.In the face of the“dichotomy”effect of the development of intelligent technology,it is necessary to effectively identify and solve the following five pairs of contradictions:first,the contradiction between the in-depth application of technological rules and the weakness of discourse involving ethnic groups;second,the contradiction between algorithmic bias anchoring effect and the expansion of the influence of the topic;third,the contradiction between insufficient scenario power of the intelligent platform and the enhancement of the dissemination effect;fourth,the contradiction between technological inertia dependence and the mobilization of ethnic groups;fifth,the contradiction between the emergence of technological iteration and the original ecological mechanism.Based on these,this paper points out that through the powerful discourse system,interesting topic charisma,tangible communication field,sensitive audience emotion,and effective communication mechanism innovation,we can promote the intelligent communication of consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and tell a good story of the community of the Chinese nation.
