基于代理模型的大口径蝶阀性能预测分析

摘要 为克服大口径蝶阀性能分析中高保真仿真计算成本高的问题,本文提出一种基于径向基函数代理模型的性能预测方法。以水利工程典型蝶阀(DN2600/PN10)为对象,通过最优拉丁超立方设计抽取24组样本构建数据集,建立参数化CFD-FEA耦合模型,量化动水力矩、流量系数及阀板应力场三个关键指标。基于Cubic核RBF模型构建预测器,在保证较高精度的前提下,实现了毫秒级的性能响应预测,原始全阶CFD-FEA耦合仿真一次需2 h左右,仿真效率获得大幅提升。为大口径蝶阀在役运行结构性能分析提供高效工具。 In order to overcome the high computational cost of high-fidelity simulation in the performance analysis of large-diameter butterfly valves,a performance prediction method based on radial basis function surrogate model is proposed in this paper.Taking the typical butterfly valve(DN2600/PN10)of water conservancy project as the object,24 sets of samples were extracted through the optimal Latin hypercube design to construct the data set,and the parametric CFD-FEA coupling model was established to quantify the three key indicators of hydrodynamic torque,flow coefficient and valve plate stress field.The predictor is constructed based on the Cubic kernel RBF model.Under the premise of ensuring high accuracy,the performance response prediction of millisecond level is realized.The original full-order CFD-FEA coupling simulation takes about 2 h at a time,and the simulation efficiency is greatly improved.It provides an efficient tool for the structural performance analysis of large-diameter butterfly valves in service.
