摘要
针对矿山排水系统阀门因泥沙堵塞导致的效率下降、设备故障以及安全隐患等问题,本文提出了一套综合性的设计改进方案。通过结构优化、材料升级以及操作参数调整,并结合防堵过滤装置等方案,显著提升了阀门的抗堵塞性能。实际工况验证表明,改进后的阀门在含沙量30%的工况下,连续运行周期延长至原设计的3倍,维护成本降低45%,系统稳定性提升60%。方案的实施为矿山排水系统的安全高效运行提供了技术保障,具有显著的经济效益与工程应用价值。
This article proposes a comprehensive design improvement plan to address the issues of efficiency decline,equipment failure,and safety hazards caused by sediment blockage in mining drainage system valves.By optimizing the structure,upgrading materials,and adjusting operating parameters,combined with anti clogging filtering devices and other solutions,the anti clogging performance of the valve has been significantly improved.Verified through actual operating conditions:The improved valve extends its continuous operation cycle to three times the original design under a sand content of 30%,reduces maintenance costs by 45%,and improves system stability by 60%.The implementation of the plan can provide technical support for the safe and efficient operation of the mine drainage system,and has significant economic benefits and engineering application value.
