摘要
探讨轮胎胎面挤出样板导流装置的差异化设计策略,研究多种设计理念导流装置对轮胎挤出部件质量的影响。试验结果表明,导流装置的结构设计与挤出部件的边厚、粘合力、表面粘性、断面气孔尺寸、尺寸稳定性以及生产效率等关键指标之间存在紧密联系。新型导流装置在这些关键质量指标上有显著的改善效果,不仅大幅提升了胎面部件合格率,还有效降低了轮胎不良品率,为轮胎质量稳定性提供了有力支持。
Differentiated design strategies for tire tread extrusion template flow-guiding devices were explored,and the impact of the flow-guiding devices with various design concepts on the quality of extruded tire components was studied.The experimental results indicated that the structural design of the flow-guiding device was closely related to the key indicators such as edge thickness,adhesion force,surface viscosity,cross-sectional pore size,dimensional stability,and production efficiency of the extruded components.The new flow-guiding device significantly improved these key quality indicators,greatly increasing the qualification rate of tread components and effectively reducing the defect rate of tires,thereby providing strong support for tire quality stability.
