数智制造在轮胎半成品部件挤出工艺中的研究与应用

摘要 介绍数智制造在轮胎半成品部件挤出工艺中的研究与应用。通过应用设备互联、大数据分析、数字孪生、数字化技术、视觉检测等技术建立数智化生产系统,使胎面和胎侧等半成品部件挤出生产达到智能化一键启动,大大简化了员工操作,提高了挤出半成品部件的稳定性,有助于提升轮胎的均一性;同时消除了生产线切换胶料时混料风险。 The research and application of intelligent manufacturing in the extrusion process of tire semi-finished components were introduced.By utilizing technologies such as device interconnection,big data analysis,digital twins,digital technology and visual inspection,an intelligent production system was established,enabling one-click intelligent start-up for the extrusion production of semi-finished components such as treads and sidewalls.This greatly simplified operator procedures,improved the stability of extruded semi-finished components,and contributed to enhancing tire uniformity,while also eliminating the risk of compound mixing during production line material changes.
