摘要
介绍基于智能化轮胎设计系统(STDS)的155/65R14子午线轮胎的施工设计。在STDS中进行轮胎3D花纹造型,求解出花纹体积曲线,进行精确的材料分布图设计。以材料分布图为依据,进行后续的施工设计,提高了设计精度和效率,减少了轮胎试制次数,降低了轮胎开发成本。
The construction design of 155/65R14 radial tire based on our company’s Smart Tire Design System(STDS)was introduced.3D tread pattern modeling of the tire in STDS was performed to obtain the pattern volume curve,and a precise material distribution diagram was designed.Based on the material distribution diagram,the subsequent construction design was carried out,improving design accuracy and efficiency,reducing tire trial production runs,and lowering tire development costs.
