带束层伸张率对半钢子午线轮胎静态性能的影响

摘要 以不同高宽比的半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,探讨带束层伸张率对轮胎外直径、断面宽、脱圈阻力、横向刚度和纵向刚度的影响。结果表明:随着带束层伸张率的增大,轮胎的外直径呈减小趋势,断面宽呈增大趋势,且这种变化趋势的大小还受轮胎高宽比的影响;带束层伸张率增大对轮胎的脱圈阻力没有明显影响;轮胎的横向刚度和纵向刚度随着带束层伸张率的增大呈减小趋势。 Taking steel-belted radial tires with different aspect ratios as the research object,the influence of the belt stretching rates on the overall diameters,cross-section widths,bead unseating resistance,lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of the tires was investigated.The results showed that as the belt stretching rate increased,the overall diameter tended to decrease,while the cross-section width tended to increase,and the magnitude of the trend was also affected by the aspect ratio of the tire.The increase in the belt stretching rate had no significant impact on the bead unseating resistance.The lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of the tire decreased with the increase of the belt stretching rate.
