单箱双室箱梁抗畸变刚度计算及畸变效应分析

摘要 为改进带悬臂板单箱双室箱梁畸变效应分析方法,利用板元法推导出新的带悬臂板双室截面畸变翘曲惯性矩和抗畸变惯性矩显式计算式,并建立了箱梁畸变控制微分方程,给出了方程的初参数解。将推导公式退化后,得到无悬臂板双轴对称双室截面畸变翘曲惯性矩和抗畸变惯性矩的计算式。利用连续箱梁和简支箱梁算例对所提方法进行验证,并通过简支箱梁算例,详细分析了车道荷载作用下悬臂板宽度对双室箱梁畸变效应的影响。结果表明,所提方法的计算结果与已有文献和有限元软件的结果吻合良好。车道荷载作用下,悬臂板宽度变化对双室箱梁顶板的畸变翘曲剪应力和正应力产生显著影响,与无悬臂板双室箱梁相比,悬臂板宽度增大至顶板宽度的1/4时,跨中截面顶板的畸变翘曲剪应力最大值减小43.80%,翘曲正应力减小53.78%。 To improve the analysis method for distortion effect of single-box double-cell box girders with canti-lever slabs,novel explicit formulas for the distortion warping moment of inertia and the distortion-resistance moment of inertia of double-cell sections with cantilever slabs were derived using the plate element method.The distortion governed differential equation of box girders was established and the initial parametric solution was provided.By degenerating the derived formulas,the expressions for the distortion warping moment of in-ertia and the distortion-resistance moment of inertia of the doubly symmetric double-cell sections without canti-lever slabs were obtained.The proposed method was validated through numerical examples of a continuous box girder and a simply supported box girder.The influence of the width of cantilever slabs on the distortion ef-fect of double-cell box girders under lane loads was analyzed in detail through the example of the simply sup-ported box girder.The results show that the calculation results of the proposed method are in good agreement with those from existing literature and finite element software.Under lane loads,the variation in the width of cantilever slabs has a significant effect on the distortion warping shear stress and normal stress of the top slab of the double-cell box girder.Compared with the double-cell box girder without cantilever slabs,when the width of the cantilever slabs increases to 1/4 of the width of the top slab,the maximum distortion warping shear stress of the top slab at the mid-span section decreases by 43.80%,and the warping normal stress decreases by 53.78%.
