专业大类课程思政要素体系构建的价值、逻辑与实践——以食品药品与粮食专业大类为例

摘要 基于专业大类的课程思政要素体系构建,是确保相同专业大类中各专业及课程思政目标的一致性与互补性,形成协同育人合力的关键所在,有利于提升课程思政的针对性和实效性,促进专业之间和课程之间的协同合作,实现课程思政内容的有机统一。实践中,需要基于系统思维,遵循产业导向逻辑,构建“岗位映射-要素挖掘-体系构建”的三阶动态模型,基于产业分析获得岗位需求,将同类岗位合并后与专业之间形成映射关系;锚定支撑核心就业岗位的课程组,结合岗位需求挖掘课程组思政要素;基于大类岗位共性和子类岗位个性挖掘课程思政要素,构建大类课程思政要素体系。 Constructing ideological and political education element systems based on academic program clusters is key to ensuring consistency and complementarity of ideological and political education goals across specialties and courses within the same program cluster,forming synergistic educational effectiveness.This approach helps improve the relevance and effectiveness of curriculum-embedded ideological and political education,promotes collaboration between specialties and courses,and achieves organic integration of ideological and political content.In practice,based on systems thinking and following industry-oriented logic,a three-stage dynamic model of"position mapping—element extraction—system construction"is developed.Occupational requirements are obtained through industry analysis,similar positions are consolidated and mapped with specialties;course groups supporting core employment positions are identified,and ideological and political elements are extracted from course groups based on occupational requirements;ideological and political education element systems for program clusters are constructed by exploring both commonalities of cluster positions and specificities of subcategory positions.
