摘要
区块链技术具有去中心化、难篡改、可追溯特点,应用到工会工作中能够创新工作方式、提高工作效率,助力深化工会改革。本文以政务服务领域应用区块链技术为启发,结合工会组织属性和基本职责,首先分析了工会工作应用区块链的适用性,进而通过工会工作应用区块链技术现状归纳当前面临的挑战;接着讨论工会工作应用区块链技术的节点分布、系统层级以及具体业务场景,并以职工学历提升补贴为例探究其应用区块链技术的全新工作模式;最后从推动应用、试点样板、完善机制、跨链互信、安全合规等角度提出工会工作全面应用区块链技术的对策建议,通过区块链技术应用推动工会工作提质增效。
Blockchain technology features decentralization,resistance to tampering,and traceability.When applied to trade union work,it can innovate working methods,improve work efficiency,and facilitate the deepening of trade union reform.Drawing inspiration from the application of blockchain technology in the government service field,this paper combines the organizational attributes and basic responsibilities of trade unions.First,it analyzes the applicability of applying blockchain to trade union work,and then summarizes the current challenges based on the status quo of blockchain application in trade union work.Second,it discusses the node distribution,system hierarchy,and specific business scenarios of blockchain application in trade union work,and takes the subsidy for employees'academic improvement as an example to explore a new working mode of applying blockchain technology in this regard.Finally,from the perspectives of promoting application,establishing pilot models,improving mechanisms,achieving cross-chain mutual trust,and ensuring security and compliance,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive application of blockchain technology in trade union work,aiming to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of trade union work through the application of blockchain technology.
